This is my solution this year. Hour-long boot camp style workouts with tires, kettle bells, boxing bags, ropes, etc.
Start: 206 lbs, 41 inch waist.
Goal: 180 lbs, 34 inch waist
Wednesday: Puked 25 minutes in. First time for me. It made me miss the burpees but I got back in the game.
Thursday: Squats, squats, and more squats.
Friday: I cannot walk. It hurts so good. A run is the best I’m going to do today.
There is no excuse not to exercise every day. Time is not a valid reason. I’d rather sleep 4 hours with a 20 minute work out than sleep 4&1/2 hours.
Its on, boys. I challenge you all to make the time to come to BroUnion in the best shape of your lives, for maximum pleasure.

Very nice, Bribo. Where are the comments from last year??
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna do something for sure. Too lazy. Too fat. Not enough muscle. No endurance. That's not a way to go in to BroUnion.
I will stop short of promising to call Annette as my punishment, but I will probably give up my intended golf improvement progress for a while.

Love it. How do I become a contributor?
ReplyDeletethe workout is a done deal. I have worked out everyday for the past 2 months. No problem.
I'd like to get some momentum behind building racks for the ski's and snowboard on the sleds this year. Time to make it happen. I will be in Midway for Christmas and may have a way to get it done. Just need some funds. Not sure how much.
Ideas?

Freak, Morgan. Every day? You are an iron man. I've worked out twice in the past 2 months.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to post this just to put it in writing.
Beginning weight: 187
Beginning waist: 35
Target weight: 175
Target waist: 34/33
How much will it cost to get the racks put on? Cris?
I'll talk to Brandon about the racks when I bring the machines in.
ReplyDeleteI have worked out maybe 4 days in the past 2 months. As of yesterday I'm in as well.
Update on the racks? I've maxed out on my weight, etc. I'm definitely going to start to trim the fat. Need you guys to update your workouts on the google spreadsheet.
